Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 cup creamy cheese (like cheddar or cream cheese)
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 10 small tortillas
  • Oil for brushing
  • Guacamole or salsa for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, creamy cheese, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each tortilla and roll tightly.
  4. Place the taquitos seam side down on a baking sheet.
