- 10 small tortillas

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, creamy cheese, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each tortilla and roll tightly.
- Place the taquitos seam side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with a little oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with guacamole or salsa.
Notes
For a faster prep, use a rotisserie chicken. Store taquitos in the fridge for up to three days and reheat to maintain crispness.
