  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes on each side. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add halved cherry tomatoes and spinach; sauté until the spinach wilts.
  4. Reduce the heat and stir in the heavy cream and crumbled feta cheese; mix until well combined.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to absorb all the wonderful flavors.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy this dish hot.
