- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes on each side. Remove the chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add halved cherry tomatoes and spinach; sauté until the spinach wilts.
- Reduce the heat and stir in the heavy cream and crumbled feta cheese; mix until well combined.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to absorb all the wonderful flavors.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy this dish hot.
Notes
For dairy-free, substitute heavy cream with coconut milk. For a tangy flavor, use Greek yogurt instead.
