- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup jelly (strawberry or grape)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, jelly, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Add the chicken wings and toss to coat evenly with the marinade.
- Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and fully cooked.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For a crispier skin, pat the chicken wings dry before marinating. Adjust seasoning per your taste.
