Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth.
- Once melted, stir in the dried cranberries and chopped pecans until well combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- If desired, sprinkle a little salt on top for added flavor.
- Refrigerate until the clusters are set, about 30 minutes.
- Serve as a sweet treat for gift-giving or at holiday gatherings.
Notes
Store clusters in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. For freezing, place parchment between layers and thaw in the fridge before serving.
