- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup sugar-free sweetener (such as erythritol or stevia)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: chopped nuts or sugar-free chocolate chips for topping
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, coconut flour, sugar-free sweetener, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and pinches of salt. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a lined tray or dish and press it down evenly.
- If desired, sprinkle chopped nuts or sugar-free chocolate chips on top and press them in lightly.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
- Cut into bars or squares and enjoy your guilt-free dessert!
Notes
Store bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks or freeze for up to three months. Use a small spatula for even pressing.
