Quick and easy no-bake bars made with natural peanut butter and coconut flour, perfect for a delicious, guilt-free snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free sweetener (such as erythritol or stevia)
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: chopped nuts or sugar-free chocolate chips for topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, coconut flour, sugar-free sweetener, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and pinches of salt. Mix until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a lined tray or dish and press it down evenly.
  3. If desired, sprinkle chopped nuts or sugar-free chocolate chips on top and press them in lightly.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
  5. Cut into bars or squares and enjoy your guilt-free dessert!

Notes

Store bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks or freeze for up to three months. Use a small spatula for even pressing.
