- 1 pound ground beef
- 12 ounces pasta (your choice)
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until softened.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes (with juice), cream, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a simmer, then add the pasta, stirring to combine.
- Cook according to pasta package instructions until pasta is al dente, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Serve warm, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
Notes
For quicker prep, use pre-chopped onion or frozen minced garlic. Leftover pasta can be reheated with a splash of water or stock.
