  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 12 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 12 slider buns
  • 12 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sliced pickles
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped (optional)
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the beef mixture evenly in the shape of a rectangle on the sheet.
  4. Bake the meat for about 20 minutes or until fully cooked. Remove and drain any excess fat.
  5. While the beef is baking, mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard in a small bowl to make the sauce.
  6. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and arrange the bottom halves on another large baking sheet.
  7. Spread a layer of sauce over the bun bottoms, then place the cooked beef rectangle on top.
  8. Layer the sliced cheese over the beef, followed by pickles and chopped onion.
  9. Replace the top halves of the buns.
  10. Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter.
  11. Place back in the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden.
  12. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then cut into individual sliders and serve.

Notes

For quicker prep, use pre-sliced cheddar and jarred pickles. You can assemble sliders in advance and bake when ready.
