Ingredients
Scale
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 12 slider buns
- 12 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sliced pickles
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 small onion, finely chopped (optional)
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well incorporated.
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the beef mixture evenly in the shape of a rectangle on the sheet.
- Bake the meat for about 20 minutes or until fully cooked. Remove and drain any excess fat.
- While the beef is baking, mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard in a small bowl to make the sauce.
- Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and arrange the bottom halves on another large baking sheet.
- Spread a layer of sauce over the bun bottoms, then place the cooked beef rectangle on top.
- Layer the sliced cheese over the beef, followed by pickles and chopped onion.
- Replace the top halves of the buns.
- Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter.
- Place back in the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then cut into individual sliders and serve.
