- 1 medium bell pepper, sliced

Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and bell peppers, sautéing until softened (5-7 minutes).
- Add sliced beef to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and fully cooked (about 5 minutes).
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over cooked beef and veggies, allowing it to melt.
- If using keto dough or wraps, roll the mixture inside them. Otherwise, serve filling as is.
- Serve immediately, garnished with additional cheese or toppings as desired.
Notes
Customize by adding mushrooms or jalapeños. For a vegetarian option, substitute beef with grilled portobello mushrooms.
