Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the flour, Parmesan, cranberries, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg yolk and vanilla to the butter mixture, mixing well.
- Gradually incorporate the flour mixture into the butter mixture until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden brown.
- Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack.
