- 12 soft dinner rolls
- 1 pound sliced roast beef
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese, sliced
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Cut the dinner rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the roast beef and cheddar cheese on the bottom half of the rolls.
- Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese.
- Pour the butter mixture evenly over the top of the rolls.
- Drizzle beef broth around the edges of the dish.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat to restore gooey cheese and warm centers.
