These sliders feature tender roast beef and melty cheddar between soft dinner rolls, topped with a buttery, garlicky glaze.

Ingredients

  • 12 soft dinner rolls
  • 1 pound sliced roast beef
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Cut the dinner rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Layer the roast beef and cheddar cheese on the bottom half of the rolls.
  5. Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese.
  6. Pour the butter mixture evenly over the top of the rolls.
  7. Drizzle beef broth around the edges of the dish.
  8. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  9. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
  10. Serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat to restore gooey cheese and warm centers.
