Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup milk (or almond milk)

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into chunks.
  2. Boil the sweet potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
