- 4 medium sweet potatoes

Instructions
- Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into chunks.
- Boil the sweet potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain the sweet potatoes and return them to the pot.
- Add butter, milk, and chipotle sauce to the pot.
- Mash the sweet potatoes until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped cilantro if desired.
Notes
For a quicker cooking time, cut the potatoes into smaller pieces or microwave them briefly before boiling. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
