- 4 Weetbix biscuits
- 1 cup milk (or non-dairy alternative)
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Chopped chocolate or chocolate chips
- Optional toppings: sliced bananas, nuts, or berries
Instructions
- In a bowl, crumble the Weetbix and add the milk.
- Mix in the cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well-combined.
- Stir in the chopped chocolate or chocolate chips.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, give it a good stir and, if desired, add selected toppings before serving.
Notes
Make extra servings for the week and store them in separate containers. Experiment with flavored milks for a twist!
