- 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1-2 teaspoons red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)

Instructions
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- Season generously with salt, pepper, and dried oregano.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and sear for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, red pepper flakes, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
- Pour the hot honey sauce over the chicken breasts in the skillet.
- Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover the skillet, and let the chicken simmer in the sauce for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through. Ensure the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the skillet from the heat.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the chicken.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and a drizzle of extra honey (if desired).
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Trim and flatten thicker parts of the breasts for even cooking. Cook in a 375°F oven for less active time. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
