Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- Nutella (about 1 cup, or to taste)
- Oil for frying (canola or vegetable)
- 1 cup sugar for coating
- Cinnamon (optional, for added flavor)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Open the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit slightly with your fingers or a rolling pin.
- Place a small spoonful of Nutella in the center of each biscuit. Carefully fold the edges over to seal each one tightly.
- Fry the stuffed biscuits in the hot oil, cooking for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they’re golden brown.
- Remove from oil and let drain on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
- Coat in sugar and cinnamon (if using) for an extra sweet touch.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
