Quick and easy no-bake truffles made with Nutter Butter cookies, peanut butter, and cream cheese, coated in vanilla almond bark.

Ingredients

  • Nutter Butter cookies
  • Creamy peanut butter
  • Cream cheese
  • Vanilla almond bark

Instructions

  1. Crush the Nutter Butter cookies into fine crumbs.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cookie crumbs with peanut butter and cream cheese until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Melt the vanilla almond bark according to package instructions.
  5. Dip each truffle into the melted bark to coat, then return to the baking sheet.
  6. Allow truffles to set in the refrigerator.
  7. Serve and enjoy your delicious no-bake truffles!

Notes

For quick cleanup, use a food processor to crush cookies or a rolling pin in a sealed bag. Chill truffles briefly before dipping for a neater coating.
