- 3/4 cup raw almonds
- 1/4 cup raw cashews
- 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
Instructions
- Add everything to the food processor except the chocolate chips.
- Process until well combined and the dough begins to stick together.
- Add chocolate chips and pulse 1-2 times to incorporate.
- Wet your hands slightly and form the dough into balls with about 1 rounded tablespoon each.
Notes
Use warm, soft dates for easier processing. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week or freeze for longer storage.
