Quick and healthy no bake date brownie bites, perfect for an energy boost on busy days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3/4 cup raw almonds
  • 1/4 cup raw cashews
  • 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Add everything to the food processor except the chocolate chips.
  2. Process until well combined and the dough begins to stick together.
  3. Add chocolate chips and pulse 1-2 times to incorporate.
  4. Wet your hands slightly and form the dough into balls with about 1 rounded tablespoon each.

Notes

Use warm, soft dates for easier processing. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week or freeze for longer storage.
