- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup chocolate ganache (melted chocolate with cream)
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder (for garnish)
- Additional raspberries and chocolate shavings (for topping)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sugar, mixing until smooth.
- Gradually add the melted chocolate ganache to the cream cheese mixture and mix until fully incorporated.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until combined.
- In serving cups, layer the mousse mixture and fresh raspberries.
- Repeat layers until cups are filled.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, dust with cocoa powder and garnish with additional raspberries and chocolate shavings.
Notes
Use a good quality store-bought ganache to save time. Assemble in clear cups for an elegant presentation.
