- 1 turkey breast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture all over the turkey breast.
- Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and cover it with aluminum foil.
- Roast in the oven for about 90 to 120 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes to allow the skin to brown.
- Let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Trim excess fat for even cooking. Use a meat thermometer for doneness.
