An easy roast turkey breast that results in juicy, seasoned meat with minimal fuss.

Ingredients

  • 1 turkey breast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the turkey breast.
  4. Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and cover it with aluminum foil.
  5. Roast in the oven for about 90 to 120 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes to allow the skin to brown.
  7. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Trim excess fat for even cooking. Use a meat thermometer for doneness.
