  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 French baguette
  • 4 oz blue cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Fresh rosemary or thyme for garnish
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick pieces and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  3. Lightly brush each slice with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Toast the baguette slices in the oven for about 10 minutes or until they are golden brown.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened blue cheese with honey until well mixed and creamy.
  6. Generously spread a layer of the blue cheese mixture on each toasted baguette slice.
  7. Top each slice with a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
  8. Garnish with fresh rosemary or thyme for a pop of color and flavor.
  9. Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!

Notes

Keep an eye on your baguette slices to avoid over-toasting; they should be a lovely golden brown.
