- 1 French baguette
- 4 oz blue cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- Fresh rosemary or thyme for garnish
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick pieces and arrange them on a baking sheet.
- Lightly brush each slice with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Toast the baguette slices in the oven for about 10 minutes or until they are golden brown.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened blue cheese with honey until well mixed and creamy.
- Generously spread a layer of the blue cheese mixture on each toasted baguette slice.
- Top each slice with a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary or thyme for a pop of color and flavor.
- Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!
