- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 8 oz macaroni pasta
- 1 cup cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/2 cup milk or cream
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Drizzle honey over the chicken and allow it to caramelize slightly.
- In a separate pot, combine cooked macaroni with cheese and milk, stirring until the cheese is melted and creamy.
- Serve the honey garlic chicken over a bed of mac and cheese, garnished with parsley.
Notes
Trim and pound chicken breasts thin for faster cooking. Use pre-shredded cheese and warm milk to speed up the melting process.
