Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through.
  3. In a skillet, sauté broccoli in olive oil until tender.
  4. In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic.
  5. Add heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and stir in Parmesan.
  6. Whisk until smooth and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Slice grilled chicken and assemble bowls with broccoli and sauce.

Notes

Trim and butterfly the chicken for faster cooking. Use pre-cut broccoli florets to save time. For a lighter sauce, swap half the cream for low sodium chicken broth.
