This Greek Yogurt Bark is a quick, no fuss snack combining creamy yogurt, fresh fruit, granola, and a touch of chocolate for a healthy treat.

  • Total Time: 255 minutes
  • Yield: 8 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup sliced bananas or other fruit of choice
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts or seeds
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips or melted chocolate (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the Greek yogurt evenly over the parchment paper, about ½ inch thick.
  3. Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the yogurt, if using.
  4. Top with sliced fruit, berries, granola, nuts, and chocolate.
  5. Gently press the toppings into the yogurt so they adhere when frozen.
  6. Freeze for at least 3 to 4 hours or until completely solid.
  7. Once frozen, break into pieces or cut with a sharp knife.
  8. Store the bark in a freezer safe container or bag until ready to eat.

Notes

Use flavored Greek yogurt to skip the sweetener. Swap granola for cereal you already have for a pantry-friendly crunch. Store layered between parchment sheets in a freezer-safe container.
