Scale
  • 4 lamb chops
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Season lamb chops with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add lamb chops and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Add minced garlic and rosemary to the pan.
  5. Baste the chops with butter and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Squeeze lemon juice over the chops before serving.

Notes

For best results, use room temperature lamb chops to ensure even searing. Mince the garlic while the skillet heats up. A teaspoon of dried rosemary can be used if fresh is unavailable.
