- 4 lamb chops
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, chopped

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Season lamb chops with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add lamb chops and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic and rosemary to the pan.
- Baste the chops with butter and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the chops before serving.
Notes
For best results, use room temperature lamb chops to ensure even searing. Mince the garlic while the skillet heats up. A teaspoon of dried rosemary can be used if fresh is unavailable.
