- 2 cups bowtie pasta
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the diced chicken to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine, then add the cooked pasta.
- Gradually stir in the mozzarella cheese until melted and creamy.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For more flavor, add a splash of store-bought chicken broth before the cream. Use pre-shredded mozzarella to save time.
