- 2 cups popcorn
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup pretzels
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine popcorn, pretzels, and chocolate chips.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and peanut butter over low heat. Stir in sugar and vanilla until well combined.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture over the popcorn mixture and stir to coat.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet and let it cool.
- If desired, top with sprinkles.
- Break into pieces and serve on game nights!
Notes
Store the cooled mix in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days. For longer storage, seal and freeze for up to three weeks.
