Quick and easy frozen snacks made with Greek yogurt and peanut butter, perfect for a grab-and-go treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Mini chocolate chips or crushed nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
  2. If desired, fold in mini chocolate chips or crushed nuts for added texture.
  3. Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or on a lined baking sheet to form small bites.
  4. Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until solid.
  5. Once frozen, remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer. Enjoy these bites as a healthy snack any time!

Notes

Use room temperature peanut butter for smoother mixing. Keep a small scoop handy for easy portioning.
