- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Mini chocolate chips or crushed nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- If desired, fold in mini chocolate chips or crushed nuts for added texture.
- Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or on a lined baking sheet to form small bites.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until solid.
- Once frozen, remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer. Enjoy these bites as a healthy snack any time!
Notes
Use room temperature peanut butter for smoother mixing. Keep a small scoop handy for easy portioning.
