- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 package cream cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 package crescent roll dough
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine cranberries, sugar, and orange juice in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until cranberries burst and mixture thickens (about 10 minutes). Allow to cool.
- Roll out the crescent roll dough and cut into triangles.
- Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on each triangle. Add a spoonful of the cranberry mixture and a sprinkle of chopped pecans on top.
- Roll the dough from the wide end to the point, creating a roll.
- Place the roll ups on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
These roll ups can be prepped in advance, and the cranberry mixture can be made a day before serving.
