- 12 frozen dinner rolls
- Cherry tomatoes, sliced, to taste
- Black olives, sliced, to taste
- Green olives, sliced, to taste
- Feta cheese, crumbled, to taste
- 6 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese, to taste
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
- Dash of salt
- 12 teaspoons olive oil, for drizzling before toppings
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- Place the frozen dinner rolls in each muffin cup, pressing slightly to fit.
- Drizzle each roll with 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
- Top with sliced cherry tomatoes, black and green olives, crumbled feta, and grated Parmesan.
- Sprinkle with dried oregano and a pinch of salt.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until rolls are golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then serve warm.
Notes
To make the muffins gluten-free, use gluten-free dinner rolls. Experiment with different toppings based on preference.
