- 8 ounces dark chocolate
- 8 ounces white chocolate
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1 cup crushed peppermint candies
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Pour the dark chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer.
- In another bowl, melt the white chocolate, then stir in the peppermint extract.
- Pour the white chocolate over the dark chocolate layer and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the crushed peppermint candies on top while the chocolate is still warm.
- Refrigerate until set, then break into pieces and serve.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks. Can be frozen for several months.
