Ingredients

  • 8 ounces white chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 cup crushed peppermint candies

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Pour the dark chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer.
  4. In another bowl, melt the white chocolate, then stir in the peppermint extract.
  5. Pour the white chocolate over the dark chocolate layer and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the crushed peppermint candies on top while the chocolate is still warm.
  7. Refrigerate until set, then break into pieces and serve.
