- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)

- 2 tbsp sweetener (erythritol or stevia)
- 2 tbsp butter (for frying)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cinnamon, and sweetener until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture onto each low-carb tortilla.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly.
- Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Place the roll-ups seam side down in the pan and cook until golden brown on all sides.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Use room-temperature cream cheese for a lump-free spread. For extra crispness, brush a little melted butter on the outside before frying.
