Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a square baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in 30-second intervals until fully melted.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed nuts, oats, honey, salt, and vanilla extract. Pour the melted chocolate over the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish and press down firmly.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until set.
