Quick and crunchy, these pasta chips turn ordinary rigatoni or penne into a flavorful snack that’s perfect for gatherings or movie nights.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (such as rigatoni or penne)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Marinara sauce (for dipping)
  • Garlic aioli (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and let cool.
  3. Toss the cooled pasta with olive oil, grated Parmesan cheese, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the pasta in a single layer on a baking sheet.
