- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Marinara sauce (for dipping)
- Garlic aioli (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and let cool.
- Toss the cooled pasta with olive oil, grated Parmesan cheese, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the pasta in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until crispy and golden.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce or garlic aioli for dipping.
Notes
Store leftover chips in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days. Re-crisp in a hot oven for best results.
