Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray or cooking spray
  • Optional: lettuce, tomatoes, or your choice of toppings

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, season the shredded chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the breadcrumbs in a shallow dish.
  4. Dip each tortilla in the beaten egg, then layer with the seasoned chicken and mozzarella.
  5. Roll up the tortillas tightly.
  6. Spray the outside of each wrap with olive oil spray and place in the air fryer.
  7. Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.

Notes

Use pre cooked or rotisserie chicken to save time. Warm tortillas for easier rolling, and don’t overcrowd the air fryer for uniform cooking.
