- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray or cooking spray
- Optional: lettuce, tomatoes, or your choice of toppings
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, season the shredded chicken with salt and pepper.
- Place the breadcrumbs in a shallow dish.
- Dip each tortilla in the beaten egg, then layer with the seasoned chicken and mozzarella.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly.
- Spray the outside of each wrap with olive oil spray and place in the air fryer.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
Notes
Use pre cooked or rotisserie chicken to save time. Warm tortillas for easier rolling, and don’t overcrowd the air fryer for uniform cooking.
