- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs.
- Place the meatballs in the crockpot and pour BBQ sauce over them.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours or until meatballs are cooked through.
- Serve with rice, sliders, or as a snack.
Notes
For a lighter option, substitute ground beef with ground turkey and use gluten-free breadcrumbs if needed.
