Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into small meatballs.
  3. Place the meatballs in the crockpot and pour BBQ sauce over them.
  4. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or until meatballs are cooked through.
  5. Serve with rice, sliders, or as a snack.

Notes

For a lighter option, substitute ground beef with ground turkey and use gluten-free breadcrumbs if needed.
