- 1/2 cup crisp rice cereal
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (e.g., almonds or walnuts)
- 1/4 cup dried fruit (e.g., cranberries or raisins)
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (for topping)
- Sea salt (for sprinkling)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the protein powder, almond butter, and honey/maple syrup until smooth.
- Stir in the crisp rice cereal, chopped nuts, and dried fruit until well mixed.
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Spread the mixture evenly into the pan.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips and drizzle over the bark mixture.
- Sprinkle with sea salt.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set.
- Once set, break into pieces and enjoy or package for gifting.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks. Freeze for up to three months, thaw in the fridge before serving.
