- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip the cauliflower florets in the flour mixture, then coat them with breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated cauliflower on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- In a saucepan, combine the orange juice, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, cornstarch, and water. Cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens.
- Toss the crispy cauliflower pieces in the orange sauce before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
Prep the florets and dry mix ahead of time to save cooking time. Panko breadcrumbs can be used for extra crunch.
