Instructions
- Cut salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces.
- Set up a breading station: one plate with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
- Season the flour with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each salmon piece in flour, dip in egg, then coat in panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Fry the salmon bites until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- In a separate bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, sriracha, soy sauce, and lime juice to create a glaze.
- Toss the crispy salmon bites in the glaze before serving.
Notes
Use skinless salmon to save on prep time. For a healthier option, shallow fry or use an air fryer.
