Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Set up a breading station: one plate with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Season the flour with salt and pepper.
  4. Dredge each salmon piece in flour, dip in egg, then coat in panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  6. Fry the salmon bites until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, sriracha, soy sauce, and lime juice to create a glaze.
  8. Toss the crispy salmon bites in the glaze before serving.
