Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

- Brush the cod fillets with olive oil.
- Coat each fillet in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.

- Cook for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cod is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.

Notes
Use pregrated Parmesan and store bought breadcrumbs to save time. Cook in batches if your air fryer is small for even crisping. Add lemon zest or dried herbs for extra flavor.
