Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the strawberry puree, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  3. Dip the strawberry mixture into the melted chocolate to coat.
  4. Place the coated chocolates on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until set.

Notes
