- 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups chocolate chips (dark or milk)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the strawberry puree, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- Dip the strawberry mixture into the melted chocolate to coat.
- Place the coated chocolates on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until set.
- Serve and enjoy your creamy strawberry chocolates!
Notes
Work with room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing. For a no-dip option, spoon the filling into silicone molds and pour chocolate over the top.
