- 1 wheel of brie cheese
- 1 cup of sweetened cranberries

- 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Place the brie cheese in the center of the pastry.
- Top the brie with sweetened cranberries and chopped pecans.
- Fold the pastry over the cheese and filling, sealing the edges.
- Brush the top with an egg wash.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
