Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  3. Place the brie cheese in the center of the pastry.
  4. Top the brie with sweetened cranberries and chopped pecans.
  5. Fold the pastry over the cheese and filling, sealing the edges.
  6. Brush the top with an egg wash.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
