Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, chopped cranberries, mixed nuts, green onions, garlic powder, and salt.
- Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes to firm up.
- Serve with crackers or bread.
Notes
Use thawed frozen cranberries or pre-chopped dried cranberries for quicker preparation. Roll in extra nuts for presentation.
