- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 3 cups peeled and sliced apples

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cranberries, sliced apples, sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Spread the mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, and softened butter. Use your fingers to mix until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture over the fruit in the baking dish.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly.
- Serve warm, optionally with ice cream or whipped cream.
Notes
Peel apples the night before and keep them in water with a splash of lemon. Use pre-rolled oats for a quicker topping. This dessert can be refrigerated for up to three days or frozen for one month.
