Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, minced garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring each fillet is coated.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
