- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup walnuts, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sharp cheddar cheese until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the chopped cranberries, walnuts, parsley (if using), and season with salt and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into small balls, approximately 1 inch in diameter, and place on a serving platter.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Serve with an assortment of crackers or fresh vegetable sticks.
Notes
Use fresh cranberries or nuts for better flavor. These can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge.
