Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, melt the butter, sugar, and peanut butter over low heat. Stir until well combined.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  3. Add Rice Krispies to the mixture and stir until the cereal is fully coated.
  4. Press the mixture into a lined muffin tin to form the bases.
  5. In a separate bowl, melt the chocolate chips until smooth.
  6. Pour the melted chocolate over the top of each Rice Krispies base and spread evenly.
