A quick and easy chicken crust pizza recipe designed for busy nights, using ground chicken with cheese as a base.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Toppings of choice (pepperoni, vegetables, etc.)
  • Pizza sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. On a parchment-lined baking sheet, shape the mixture into a pizza crust about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cooked through.
  5. Remove from the oven, add pizza sauce and your favorite toppings, and return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

Use pre-shredded cheese for convenience. For a crispier base, press the crust thinner and broil for a couple of minutes at the end.
