- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Toppings of choice (pepperoni, vegetables, etc.)
- Pizza sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- On a parchment-lined baking sheet, shape the mixture into a pizza crust about 1/4 inch thick.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven, add pizza sauce and your favorite toppings, and return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
Use pre-shredded cheese for convenience. For a crispier base, press the crust thinner and broil for a couple of minutes at the end.
