Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Croissants
  • 2 cups Cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to bake the croissants if not pre-baked.
  2. Slice the croissants in half and toast them lightly.
  3. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with Caesar dressing, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add chopped romaine lettuce and mix well.
  5. Spoon the chicken mixture onto the bottom half of each croissant, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and top with the other half of the croissant.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a lighter version, use half the dressing and add extra lemon juice for brightness. This sandwich works well with leftover rotisserie chicken for quick prep.
