- 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 8 oz pretzels
- 11 oz Kraft caramels
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- Sea salt (for sprinkling)
Instructions
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second increments, stirring in between.
- Pour about 2/3 of the melted chocolate onto the parchment paper and spread it evenly.
- Top the chocolate layer with pretzels, pressing gently.
- In another microwave-safe bowl, combine the Kraft caramels and heavy cream, and microwave for about 2 minutes, stirring until melted.
- Drizzle the melted caramel over the pretzels.
- Drizzle the remaining melted chocolate over the caramel, creating swirls.
- Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top.
- Chill in the fridge until set or let sit at room temperature for about 2 hours.
- Once firm, cut into pieces and serve.
Notes
Keep an eye on the chocolate when melting to prevent burning. You can also mix in chopped nuts or dried fruit for added flavor.
