  • Additional powdered sugar for coating

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add in the flour, salt, and chopped pecans, mixing until well combined.
  5. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before rolling the cookies in powdered sugar.
  8. Let them cool completely on a wire rack.

Notes
