- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
- 8 oz brie cheese (sliced into wedges)
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (whole berry recommended)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into 8–10 triangles. Arrange them in a circle with the pointed ends facing out.
- Layer brie slices and cranberry sauce around the inner ring of the circle.
- Fold triangle tips over the filling and tuck under the inner edge to form a wreath.
- Brush with egg wash and sprinkle chopped rosemary on top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
Notes
Use whole berry cranberry sauce for the best texture. Can be prepared a day in advance before baking.
